It’s challenging, yet doable, with some heart-pumping moves to help you burn calories. We recommend doing this workout 2-3 times per week in combination with cardio, weight lifting, or your favorite sport. It’ll help give just a little more oomph to your routine, creating lean muscle along your butt and abs.
What You’ll Need: a gym timer (free apps are available for download), a medium dumbbell (10-20 lb.), and a mat or towel to lay on the floor.
What to Do: Perform each move for 40 seconds, resting 20 seconds in between moves. Complete 2 rounds with no break in between.
