This Summer body challenge is to be performed in conjunction with your regular fitness plan, to help increase fat burn and get you that beach body even sooner.

The challenge consists of two of the best high-intensity plyometric moves out there – burpees and jump squats. Both of these exercises engage large muscles in your legs and core, while speeding up your heart rate for an intense cardio workout. This special combination of exercises makes this the ultimate calorie burning challenge!

2-Move Summer Body Challenge

What You’ll Need: an interval timer

What to Do: Set your timer for 40 seconds of exercise and 20 seconds of rest. Repeat for the assigned number of sets. Perform this routine before or after your regularly scheduled workout.

Beginner: 2 sets

Intermediate: 4 sets

Advanced: 6 sets
