Yields: 2 | Serving size: 1 1/2 cups | Calories: 211 | Total Fat: 8 gm | Saturated Fats: 1 gm | Trans Fats: 0 gm | Cholesterol: 0 mg | Sodium: 11 mg | Carbohydrates: 37 gm | Dietary fiber: 7 gm | Sugars: 22 gm | Protein: 3 gm | SmartPoints (Freestyle): 9 |


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and seeded
  • 1 cup (packed) kale, remove stem from the middle and discard
  • 1 cup frozen red grapes
  • 1 cup chilled green tea, freshly brewed, no sweeteners added
  • 8 ice cubes


  1. All all the above ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more tea for a thinner smoothie.
